Client Experience Manager

Hopscotch is a specialist paediatric therapy clinic in central London, and we're growing fast — we are expanding the team by June 2026. We're looking for an experienced, operationally confident Client Experience Manager to be the person who keeps it all running.

This is not a front-desk role. You'll manage the non-clinical accountability of our therapy team, own our report and documentation pipeline, and ensure every family who comes through our doors has a seamless, professional experience. You'll need the confidence to hold qualified clinicians to deadlines, the warmth to build genuine relationships with families, and the organisational instincts to bring structure to a fast-moving clinical environment.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical, healthcare, or SEND operations setting is essential.

Smiling Woman

Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO

Hopscotch is at an exciting inflection point — scaling our clinical team, developing a new Alternative Education Provision, and deepening our relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners across London. Our CEO and COO need an exceptional EA to make sure none of that momentum is lost to diary chaos, unread inboxes, or undrafted letters.

This is a high-trust, senior EA role working directly alongside two directors. You'll manage complex diaries, draft correspondence to commissioners and Local Authorities, support strategic projects including our new AEP, and handle sensitive HR and compliance administration — all with complete discretion and a calm head.

Minimum 3 years' experience supporting C-suite or director-level leadership is essential.
