Dimitrios Mylonadis
BSc (Hons) | MScOT | PGCert | PGDip
CEO & Clinic Director
Dimitrios has been a Paediatric Occupational Therapist since 2001, earning his degree from the Technological Educational Institution of Athens and a Master’s in Paediatric Occupational Therapy (with distinction) from the University of East London. He holds post-graduate qualifications in Sensory Integration from both Sensory Integration International (USA) and the Sensory Integration Network UK & Ireland.
​Dimitrios has worked with children and young people with learning difficulties and autism, establishing a specialist Sensory Integration Service in a London primary school. He has also served on the executive committee of the Sensory Integration Network UK & Ireland and lectured at Brunel University. His additional studies include the Anthropology of Childhood & Child Development and Neurosciences at King’s College London. ​

Andrea Rebelo
BSc (Hons)
Senior Occupational Therapist
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, is HCPC registered, and is a proud member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. She joined Hopscotch in January 2025 from a West London SEND school where she was an Occupational Therapist, managing a diverse caseload of 140 students. Her role includes one-on-one interventions, group sessions, and collaborating with educators to incorporate occupational therapy principles into the curriculum.
With her extensive experience, Andrea has become highly skilled in supporting children and young people with various needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays. She’s dedicated to providing individualised, holistic care that empowers both families and educators with the tools and strategies to support children and young people's development at home and school.​​

Chara Sermpeniadi
BSc (Hons) | MSc Education & Child Studies
Occupational Therapist
Chara is a paediatric Occupational Therapist with international experience and a passion for holistic, child-centred care. She holds an MSc in Education and Child Studies from the University of Leiden and a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of West Attica.

Chara's work focuses on supporting children and young people's motor, sensory, emotional, and social development, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and learning differences. She has delivered therapy in schools and clinics, collaborating with families and educators to build confidence and independence.
​
Chara is trained in tools like Beery VMI, DASH, Sensory Profile, MVPT, and Movement ABC, and has completed specialist training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism. Her warm, thoughtful approach makes her a valued part of the Hopscotch team.

Graeme Collins
BSc (Hons)
Occupational Therapist
Graeme brings over five years of post-qualification experience as a paediatric occupational therapist across specialist SEN education, neuro-rehabilitation, and community settings, having held roles at Meadow High School and Young Epilepsy prior to joining Hopscotch.

Holding a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from Brunel University London and registered with the HCPC, his clinical work spans sensory regulation, functional skills, and EHCP assessments. An MSc in Sport and Exercise Performance Psychology adds a distinctive dimension to his practice, particularly in supporting engagement, motivation, and self-regulation.

Graeme is also a qualified Rebound Therapy Trainer (Level 2) and has delivered postgraduate teaching at Brunel University London. He brings warmth, clinical rigour, and a genuine commitment to therapy that makes a real difference in children's everyday lives.

Mahmud Rahaman
BSc (Hons)
Occupational Therapist
Mahmud is a dedicated pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience. He earned his BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from Dhaka University and is a HCPC Registered therapist and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in Sensory Integration from Sheffield Hallam University.

Since joining Hopscotch, Mahmud has focused on helping children and young people overcome developmental challenges, improve motor skills, and enhance daily living abilities. Prior to this, he worked in Bangladesh at a special needs school and rehabilitation centre, where he provided tailored interventions for children and young people with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.

Mahmud takes a holistic, child-centered approach, working closely with families to plan for effective therapy that promote independence, confidence, and growth.

Keertana Kannan
MSc | BSc
Senior Speech & Language Therapist
Keertana is a specialist paediatric Speech and Language Therapist with experience across clinic, school, and telehealth settings in both the UK and internationally. She works with children and young people presenting with autism spectrum condition, developmental language disorder, speech sound disorders, and fluency difficulties including stammering and cluttering. She is also skilled in Augmentative and Alternative Communication, using tools such as Makaton and visual supports to help every child find their voice.

Keertana holds an MSc in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Essex, graduating with distinctions in motor speech and language disorders, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She is registered with the HCPC and is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Her dual qualification gives her a particularly strong understanding of hearing and its impact on communication development, and she is known for her warm, family-centred approach and close collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Chelsea Goliath
BSc (Hons)
Speech & Language Therapist
Chelsea is a specialist paediatric Speech and Language Therapist with extensive experience across the UK and South Africa. She works with children and young people with a wide range of communication, language, and feeding needs, bringing particular expertise in specialist dysphagia, neuro-rehabilitation, and SEN school-based intervention.

Chelsea holds a BSc in Speech, Language and Hearing Therapy from Stellenbosch University and is registered with the HCPC and RCSLT. She has worked within multidisciplinary teams throughout her career, collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, educators, and families to deliver therapy that is meaningful, functional, and child-led.
​
Known for her warm and approachable style, Chelsea is committed to empowering children, young people, and their families, helping every child and young person find their voice and reach their potential.
