With expertise across occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, psychology, and client care, we work collaboratively to deliver personalised, evidence-based support tailored to each child and young person's unique needs. Occupational Therapists & Speech & Language Therapists
Led by Dimitrios Mylonadis and Ralph Mrad, our team of Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists brings together undergraduate and postgraduate training. All of our specialists are registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), and a number hold memberships to the RCOT (Royal College of Occupational Therapists) or the RCSLT (Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists). What unites them is a shared commitment to specialist, evidence-based practice, and a genuine passion for helping children and families thrive.

Ralph Mrad
Ralph is the driving force behind the organisation’s operational excellence and strategic expansion. With a deep understanding of systems, sustainability, and service innovation, Ralph ensures that Hopscotch not only delivers outstanding care, but grows with intention and impact.

Ralph leads the design and execution of business strategies that enable Hopscotch to reach more children, forge meaningful partnerships, and adapt to the evolving needs of families and the sector. With his leadership, Hopscotch continues to scale with integrity, building a future where access to high-quality therapy is equitable, effective, and child-centred.
Client Experience Manager
Liz Munoz
Liz brings over 17 years of NHS operational management experience, having held senior Band 7 leadership roles across three of London's leading NHS Foundation Trusts. She holds a Level 7 Senior Leadership qualification with Distinction from Corndel in partnership with Imperial College London.

At Hopscotch, Liz is your first point of contact. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making every family feel heard, informed, and well supported from the very first call.

Mimi Dennis
Mimi is a compassionate and driven professional with a background in psychology and extensive experience in client care, education, and community service. Mimi excels at creating inclusive environments, whether managing operations in healthcare settings, teaching children with disabilities, or coordinating impactful volunteer initiatives. She is passionate about making a positive difference through dedication and teamwork.​
Remote Support & Assistant to Ralph Mrad
Celine Matar
Celine brings hands-on experience across every layer of clinic administration, having joined Hopscotch from 2022 to 2024 and progressed from Saturday Receptionist to Office Administrator and Clinic Coordinator. During her time in-clinic, she developed a deep understanding of what families need, managing appointments, team support, and the full breadth of day-to-day operations.

Now supporting Hopscotch remotely, Celine contributes to back-end operations and marketing, bringing with her an intimate knowledge of the clinic and a commitment to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
